What this publication is
KeepSim publishes independent, consumer-oriented summaries of publicly available mobile-service information. Its guides introduce options and explain published rules. They are not purchase recommendations, service endorsements, legal advice or a substitute for a provider's current terms.
Source priority
- Current carrier terms, support pages and plan documents.
- Telecommunications regulators and official numbering authorities.
- Carrier support confirmation when the public wording is incomplete.
Community posts, reseller pages and search snippets can help identify a question or document an individual report, but they are not used to assert a fixed deadline on an indexed page.
Confidence labels
High means the current primary source directly states the rule. Medium means the source supports the core answer but leaves an activity, plan or recovery detail open. Unverified pages cannot state a fixed deadline as fact and are not indexed.
Review cycle
Important carrier sources are checked at least quarterly and whenever a reader reports a change. A rebuild does not alter the article's modification date. The date changes only when the content or underlying fact record changes. Prices, eligibility, coverage, roaming and number-retention rules may change between reviews, so the provider's current official pages, checkout terms, direct account notices and displayed account status take precedence.
Corrections and change records
We aim to describe the cited sources accurately as of each page's visible review date. Material corrections are written into the affected article's change log. Send a URL, the disputed sentence and a current primary source to support@keepsim.app.
Independence and limitations
KeepSim does not sell, resell, arrange or broker any SIM, eSIM or mobile service. It receives no affiliate commission from providers linked in editorial guides and has no affiliation with the carriers mentioned in them. Unless a page explicitly says otherwise, the team has not tested every provider, sender, destination or roaming network.
KeepSim is a reminder tool. It cannot replace a recharge, payment or carrier service; confirm every deadline and account outcome with the provider and the status shown in the carrier account.
