Short answer: After 90 consecutive days without chargeable activity, Lebara says you lose remaining top-up credit and must top up or add a plan to continue. A further 365 inactive days terminates the agreement and disconnects the SIM.

Lebara uses two inactivity thresholds

The second period is described as a further 365 days. It is not a 365-day total measured from the first day of inactivity.

What does Lebara mean by activity?

The terms refer to “Chargeable Activity”. They do not support the old generic claim that any incoming call, signal or internet-app use protects the number. Use a paid carrier action or the top-up/plan route Lebara explicitly names, then check the MyLebara account for the resulting status.

What is suspended, and what is permanently lost?

At 90 days, the immediate published consequence is loss of top-up credit. Full termination occurs later. When the agreement terminates, the right to use the SIM and its associated number also ends. Lebara may agree to resume a suspended service in some cases, but the terms do not promise that a terminated number will be restored.
